FAQs/Policies

  • We are the CLOSEST off site cruise parking facility to all terminals at Port Canaveral.
  • We are a 2 to 3 minute drive from Cruise Terminals 1 & 3 on the south side of the Port.
  • We are a 6 to 7 minute drive from Cruise Terminals 5, 6 & 10 on the north side of the Port.
  • Barring congestion in the Port (which happens when multiple ships are in port) the normal turnaround time from arrival at our facility to drop off at your terminal is 20 +/- minutes.

  • The total cost of parking at our facility depends on the length of your cruise, our current rate and which promotions we may be running at the time of your booking.
  • It is very simple to check the cost of your cruise on our booking page here.
  • Enter the date of your cruise and any current promo code.
  • The page will show the cruises available on the day selected with the total cost of cruise parking. 
  • Unlike some of our competitors, we do not charge for excess persons or excess luggage.    
  • Yes, the cost shown on our booking page is the total cost to you, including shuttle transportation to and from the terminals
  • To confirm availability for parking at our facility early and get the best rate, make your reservation online by clicking here.
  • If you book online and prepay, you will get the best rate.
  • We may accept same day arrivals, but availability is not guaranteed and rates are subject to change.
  • Please do not arrive at our facility before 10:00 am on the day of your departure as our staff and shuttles will still be attending to disembarking cruise passengers.
  • You may arrive no later than 2:45 pm
  • If for some reason you see that you will be arriving after 2:45 pm, please call our office for assistance at (321) 353-8353

Day of Embarkation / Departure: 

  • ALL PARTIES MUST CHECK IN at their cruise terminal before 3 pm.
  • You should arrive at the Port Parking Space facility no earlier than 10:00am or later than 2:45 pm.
  • Upon arrival, check in by presenting your reservation receipt to our friendly staff.
  • Our grounds staff will assist in unloading your luggage from your vehicle.
  • Park your vehicle in your assigned parking space.
  • Don’t forget to lock your car and take your keys.
  • Board a shuttle – as directed – for a quick ride to your cruise terminal.
  • Make note of the shuttle drop-off area at the terminal.
  • Your driver will explain the post-cruise pick up procedure. 

Day of Disembarkation / Return: 

  • Please plan to get off the ship as early as possible and not after 9:30 am. At 10:00 am wait times will increase as we begin bringing sailing passengers to the terminals.
  • Make your way to the designated transportation pick up area in your terminal after desembarking the ship.
  • Port Parking Space shuttles will arrive on a rotating schedule to take you back to the facility.
  • Look for shuttles with the Port Parking Space
  • Shuttles will run frequently to ensure all customers are returned to their vehicles.
  • The shuttle will return your party with your luggage to our parking facility as expeditiously as possible.
  • There is no need to call our office unless you are unsure of where to go or you are delayed getting off the ship. If so you can reach us at (321) 353-8353
  • Yes, our brand new facility is fully ADA compliant.
  • However, ADA parking is on a first come first serve basis and these spaces are in high demand.
  • We cannot guarantee ADA parking to customers.
  • Yes, we have 12 designated EV charging parking spaces.
  • These spaces are on a first come first serve basis.
  • We currently provide FREE EV charging for customers that park their electric vehicle at our facility.
  • Yes. You are free to drop your party at the Terminal before arriving at our facility.
  • If you have a large party or a lot of luggage, dropping them off at the cruise terminal first will simplify your experience.
  • In your email confirmation, there is a link you can use to Edit or Cancel your reservation.  Please note our cancellation policy below.  
  • Please call us at (321) 353-8353 or contact us and we will assist with adjusting or canceling your reservation.
  • Our facility is open 7:00 am to 3:00 pm Thursday to Monday (days on which ships are in Port)
  • On Tuesdays and Wednesdays our staff monitor our phones and emails, and will respond as soon as possible.

  • We have a very generous and simple cancellation policy.
  • Cancellations more than one (1) day prior to scheduled arrival will receive a 100% refund.
  • Cancellations made the day before scheduled arrival or later will not receive a refund.
  • No Shows will not receive a refund.
  • Our facility is fully fenced and secured. We have 35 high definition cameras and night lighting covering the entire facility.
  • There is no night time attendant.
  • We recommend calling Beach Locksmith at 321.783.4118 before the date of your return and schedule a locksmith to meet you at the facility to assist in gaining access to your vehicle.
