ARRIVING FOR YOUR CRUISE

Please do not arrive at our facility before 10 am as we will still be assisting departing customers.
Please arrive at our facility no later than 2:45 pm. Our facility closes at 3:00 pm (except under special circumstances when ships are delayed)
Check in with our friendly staff
Park your vehicle in your assigned parking space
Don’t forget to lock your car and take your keys
Proceed to the covered Shuttle Pick-Up Area
Board shuttle for a quick 2–5 minute ride to your cruise terminal
Make note of the shuttle drop-off area at the terminal
Your driver will explain the post-cruise pickup procedure
